Booking Policy
These terms apply to all appointments booked through Maison Lashé.
Appointments
All appointments must be booked through Maison Lashé’s official booking system. An appointment is only considered confirmed once the client receives a confirmation email.
Deposits & Prepayment
Certain services may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and are required to reserve the appointment time.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time in order to avoid delaying the next client. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, Maison Lashé reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows forfeit their deposit and may be refused future bookings or required to pay in full in advance.
Service Refusal
Maison Lashé reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a service if it is determined that the natural lashes, eye area, previous work, or overall client condition is not suitable for the selected service. Client safety and lash health remain the priority at all times.
Refund Policy
Please review the following terms regarding deposits, completed services, and product-related returns.
Service Refunds
All completed services are final and non-refundable. Due to the time, preparation, and hygiene standards involved, Maison Lashé does not offer refunds once a service has been performed.
Adjustments
If you are unhappy with your results, please contact Maison Lashé within 48 hours of your appointment. If appropriate, a correction or touch-up may be offered at our discretion.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable. When an appointment is rescheduled within the permitted notice period, the deposit may be transferred to the new appointment time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as for missed appointments without notice.
Retail Products
If retail products are offered for sale, unopened and unused products may be eligible for exchange only, within 7 days of purchase. Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers. Maison Lashé does not store full credit card information on its own servers.
